豐臺(tái)區(qū)法院在審理郭某訴徐某析產(chǎn)、繼承案時(shí)，徐某對(duì)郭某的當(dāng)庭陳述予以否認(rèn)，并擾亂法庭秩序致庭審中斷。經(jīng)法院核實(shí)，郭某所述屬實(shí)，徐某又改口承認(rèn)。
